Additional cast members for the winter anime “Metallic Rouge” including Haruka Shiraishi, Yoko Hikasa, and Hiroki Yasumoto have been released!

Additional cast members for the TV anime “Metallic Rouge” scheduled to start broadcasting on Fuji TV’s “+Ultra” and other channels from January 10, 2024 have been released.
This work is the latest original animation work produced by Bones, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and Yutaka Izubuchi. Set in a world where humans and androids coexist, this is the latest battle action work in which the main character, an android girl named Ruju, transforms and fights. Reju is tasked with “killing nine androids who are hostile to the government,” and throws himself into the battle with his buddy Naomi.
This time, additional cast members for the TV anime “Metallic Rouge” commemorating Bonds’ 25th anniversary have been revealed.
Hiroshi Ienaka plays the role of the puppeteer, an unidentified masked man who is interested in Ruju, Mariya Ise plays the role of the opera who serves and swears loyalty to the puppeteer, and Aes-Alice Machias, the twin sister and brother that Ruju meets. Minami Tsuda, Hiroki Yasumoto will play Graufon Berg, one of the Immortal Nine who transforms into a gray gladiator, and Haruka Shiraishi will play the role of Cyan, a mysterious girl who claims to be Ruju’s sister. Yoko Hikasa will play the role of Eva Cristella, who treated the Nairns like humans, and Yoshimitsu Shimoyama will play the role of Roy Junghardt, the creator of the Nairns who created the Immortal Nine and the creator of Ruju.

In addition, in advance of the first broadcast on January 10th, non-credit videos of the opening theme “Rouge” by Yukun and the ending theme “Scarlet” by Dazby were released.
The opening video starts with Ruju and Naomi spending time together, then Nairn’s appearance and Ruju’s transformation are shown, then the chorus shows gladiators fighting one after another, and in the end, Ruju and Naomi get along well. It depicts them playing. The ending video also depicts Ruju, Naomi, and Message Bird walking through various locations.
Furthermore, an advance screening of the TV anime “Metallic Rouge” was held at Shinjuku Piccadilly on January 7th. Yume Miyamoto, who plays Luju Redstar, Tomoyo Kurosawa, who plays Naomi Ortman, and Hiroyuki Yoshino, who plays Jaron Fate, took to the stage and talked a lot about the content of the work, making the event a great success. The official event report has also arrived, so be sure to check it out.
[Additional cast information for TV anime “Metallic Rouge”]

■Puppet Master (CV. Hiroshi Yanaka)
A masked man who controls robots called automata and is the owner of a traveling carnival that tours around Mars. Its purpose and identity are unknown. He always speaks in a theatrical, exaggerated tone. For some reason, he is interested in Ruju.
<Comment>
He was such a mysterious character.
He was very happy when he heard from the sound director Mr. Yamada that Director Hori has appointed him,'' but when he looked over the script and materials, he was confused,Huh? How should I act!?” When he was recording, he just said, “Hey!” and it was OK. Once he felt relieved, he went into a state of “leaving it to you…?” As a result, we received some nice words from Mr. Izubuchi, the general supervisor. Your words? That’s… Hi Mi Tsu.
I am grateful to both the rabbit and the corner for the enjoyable encounter.
Everyone…please enjoy this work with each episode!

■Opera (CV. Mariya Ise)
A woman who works for a puppeteer. She is thought to be Nairn due to her high physical ability, but her true identity is unknown. She seems to be loyal to the puppeteer, but the relationship between the two is a complete mystery to her.
<Comment>
The [opera] that I play is a character that is completely shrouded in mystery. At the time of the audition, the director himself spoke to me about the outline and thoughts of the work, and I wanted to share in his enthusiasm. If you dive into the unique worldview of “Metallic Rouge” as an opera… there are too many mysteries! (Laughs) I want to see more of this epic story…I want to know more about opera! With this in mind, I participated in several dubbing sessions for each episode.
I’m looking forward to hearing everyone’s impressions.
Please look forward to it! !

■Aes-Alice Machias (CV. Minami Tsuda)
[Aes Machias]
A boy that Ruju meets on the ferry heading to Earth. He has a gentle personality and likes to read, but he can be a bit timid. He can’t stand his twin sister Alice.
[Alice Machias]
Aes’s twin sister. She is a firm person, but she is strong-willed and foul-mouthed. She feels sorry for her weak-willed younger brother and makes fun of him, but she seems to take good care of him.
<Comment>
I will be in charge of the CV for AES and Alice. This is Minami Tsuda.
This was my first time playing twins of different genders!
On the one hand, I found it difficult, but on the other hand, I thoroughly enjoyed watching her take on the challenge of being an actor.
Please take a look at the twin sisters.

■Graufon Berg (CV. Hiroki Yasumoto)
One of the nine Protoneans (Immortal Nine). He belongs to Altar and swears absolute loyalty to its leader. He is a knight-like man who likes fair battles and speaks in an old-fashioned tone. He transforms into a gray gladiator who can manipulate gravity.
<Comment>
A man who dedicates his life and heart to one person without hesitation, to the point where even words such as loyalty and loyalty are not enough.
He’s an interesting guy who makes you wonder what’s on the horizon.
I look forward to seeing where he and they end up together with everyone.

■Cyan Bluestar (CV. Haruka Shiraishi)
A mysterious girl who calls herself Ruju’s younger sister. She has a cool personality. She transforms into a blue gladiator that looks a lot like Ruju, and aims to kill her. She hums the same song Gene plays on the piano.
<Comment>
Even though she claims to be Ruju’s sister, she is aiming for her life! ? When the character is introduced, he seems quite mysterious…
When playing the role, I was very worried about how to capture the mysterious nature of her character and express the hidden parts of her.
There’s not much I can talk about yet, but I want people to get to know her, so please watch her until the final episode!

■Eva Cristella (CV. Yoko Hikasa)
She is a biophysicist who once completed the creation of nine Protoneans (Immortal Nine) with her teacher, Dr. Roy Junghardt. She is kind and treats the Nairns she created like humans. She lost her life in an accident that happened 17 years ago.
<Comment>
This is Yoko Hikasa who plays Eva. Because Eva studies her subject in a pure and direct manner, she tends to lose sight of other aspects of her work, and I think she has a natural aura. She tried to act like her mother, with her kindness and strength at her core.
Although the content and settings of this work were difficult, the more I learned about it during the dubbing, the more I was drawn to it. Humans and Androids are close yet far apart. As the story progresses, there will be more sad scenes, so please keep an eye on Ruju and the others.

■Roy Junghardt (CV. Yoshimitsu Shimoyama)
famous scientist. He is the creator of Nairn, who created nine Protoneans (Immortal Nine) using technology given to him by aliens (visitors). He is Gene’s father and Ruju’s creator. He was killed on board the spaceship.
<Comment>
There seems to be something solid about this person, but there is something elusive about him… He is a scientist who created the Immortal Nine, is Jean’s father, and is the creator of Ruju… Why is it so elusive… Who is he? As the recording progressed, I gradually started to understand why… what is inside him? Who is he really? Please watch the anime and find out for yourself.

[Official report]
An advance screening of the TV anime “Metallic Rouge” was held at Shinjuku Piccadilly on January 7th (Sunday), just before the TV anime was broadcast.
As a commemorative work for Bonds’ 25th anniversary, this work was created as an epic tech noir SF by the best staff.
The first and second episodes, which are the prologue of the story, depict the encounter between the android girl Ruju and her buddy Naomi, and the story of a mysterious incident that occurs on Mars, creating a magnificent world view and , spectacular high-quality footage, and powerful battle scenes in which he transforms into a gladiator and fights were presented one after another.
After the screening, Yume Miyamoto (Ruge Redstar), Tomoyo Kurosawa (Naomi Ortman), and Hiroyuki Yoshino (Jaron Fate) took to the stage and gave a talk about the film to loud applause from the audience. I did.
First of all, regarding the story of this work, which was unveiled for the first time, we asked each of the cast members about their thoughts on the main story and important points. Mr. Miyamoto said, The battle action is amazing, and the work is powerful and profound.When I first came into contact with the work, I was excited to play the role and experience the serious world view.''Kurosawa said. said,I can’t stand Ruju’s cuteness. She is a complete contrast to Ruju and Naomi, and her hair color, clothes, and personality are completely opposites.In the story, there are elements of music such as jazz. Yoshino said, There's not much I can talk about since we're only at the first or second episode stage, but I'm sure many more characters will appear in the future.'' So, in the beginning, the content is such that you can understand the worldview.Since it is Yutaka Izubuchi's work, I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out.''They each emphasized the points of interest of the work. When asked about the characteristics of the character she plays, Miyamoto said,Ruju is a girl who was recently born as an android, so she doesn’t have that many emotions. I think the appeal of the future will be finding out what’s going on. Please look forward to that as well.” Kurosawa said, Naomi has the role of keeping an eye on Ruju, and is dispatched by the organization. , Although he seems to have an emotional personality, he is a mysterious character whose innermost parts are still unknown.''Yoshino said,At the beginning, Jaron is still a mystery, and I don’t know how much he will be involved in the story.” I don’t know what he’ll do or what part of the organization he’ll play, so I hope you’ll look forward to watching him in the future.” He talked about the charm of the character and his favorite points.
Furthermore, the latest information was also released at the event, and seven additional cast members who will play new characters appearing in the story were released at once. When we asked the cast members about their experiences during the dubbing, Miyamoto said, “I got the impression that they were very friendly.” He also talked about how the cast members enjoyed looking at Mariya Ise’s photo book, and Izubuchi. He gave us truffle bread every time, and we talked lively about how the post-recording scene was filled with the scent of truffles.
At the end of the event, the cast members sent a message of gratitude to the fans, and the advance screening ended with great excitement.
Mr. Miyamoto: “As I continued to act, the timing when I felt depressed coincided with the recording time, so Tomoyo-chan, who plays Naomi, helped me in my role as well.I wish I could have grown together with Ruju. I recorded it while doing so. I hope you enjoy Ruju and Naomi’s buddies until the end of the main story.”
Kurosawa: “When we were recording, I felt like she was living her life with a smile on her face, but when I actually watched the footage, there were a lot of scenes with a dark tone.I saw her smiling and pushing forward. Now that I think about it, I remember being a little irritated and holding back tears during the few months we were recording.I think that’s how the story turned out. I encourage you to watch it until the end.”
Yoshino: “I want everyone to watch the story until the end.It’s not just the battle and science fiction elements, but the fact that humans and non-humans live together is something that will happen to us in the future.” It also feels like a theme. I hope everyone enjoys this work as well.”
