Meiji Gekiken-1874-

The year is 1874, in the early Meiji era, when the samurai disappeared due to the wave of Westernization. Shizuma Orikasa, a former samurai of the Aizu clan, searches for his missing fiancée, and Kyoshiro Shurajin, a skilled swordsman who becomes a guest of the Yakuza. In the wake of a plot to overthrow the government, a new battle begins for those left behind by the times. The production is Tsumugi Akita Anime Lab, which gained recognition through its cooperation in the production of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train.” The cast includes Yuichi Nakamura as Shizuma Orikasa. Shurashin Kyoshiro will be voiced by Tetsu Mikami’s veteran voice actors.
