The legendary hot-blooded robot anime “Steel God Jeeg” based on Go Nagai’s original work will be broadcast on terrestrial TV for the first time!!

It has been decided that the hot-blooded robot anime “Stetsujin Jeeg”, which was broadcast in the WOWOW scramble slot in 2007, will be broadcast for the first time on terrestrial TV in April 2024.

In 1975, Go Nagai created the robot hero Kotetsu Jeeg'' (serialized inTV Magazine”), which was loved by many children because it added a new element called “magnets” to the conventional robot manga.

The idea left a deep impression on the minds of “Those Who Were Once Boys”, and in 2007, 30 years after the serialization, a sequel based on a new idea by Go Nagai was produced and broadcast on the WOWOW scramble slot. This is the TV anime “Steel God Jeeg”.

The director is Jun Kawagoe of Shin Getter Robo: The Last Day of the World'' andNew Getter Robo”, and the series is composed by Nagai’s Golden duo, who have worked on many works such as Mazinkaiser SKL'' andGetter Robo Ark” Tadashi Hayakawa.The animation production was later done by Girls & Actus, which producesPanzer,” is in charge.

<Story>
